Description
FREE!  Holiday Bazaar from 9am to 3pm, indoor stalls, juried.  Includes over 40 fine artisans of beautifully handcrafted holiday and other craft items. All proceeds benefit local benevolence projects.


Advertising Done for This Event
Mailers to local residents in Barclay Farm and adjacent developments.  Large banner 2 weeks in advance on busy Route 70 and road-side signs in 2 mile radius around event. Email campaign to congregation, posters and announcements to local congregation - 1090 members.


Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Fine artisan and artist presentations only, no kit or commercial items.  Juried and screened for compliance with regulations.  Limited electric available - first come, first serve basis.  Crafter must be set up within allotted space size (7.5'x7.5'). Floor length covers must be on all tables.  Boxes and extra merchandise must be stored under tables.  Nothing may be attached to doors/walls.  NO full-size backdrops, canopies or side screens allowed – we prefer table displays.  Present booth picture with application when applying for exemption on this rule.  The show committee reserves the right to ask crafter at the day of the show to remove any backdrops, screens, frames, tiers or scaffolding that is not acceptable.  Booths are to be setup by 8:45 - late arrivals will be turned away.  All crafters must stay until 3pm.  Each crafter is responsible for cleaning their area.  ALL ITEMS MUST BE HANDCRAFTED - NO BUY/SELL ITEMS, NO EXCEPTIONS.  The show committee reserves the right to ask crafter to remove any item that is not handcrafted.  Trinity Presbyterian Church is not responsible for any damage that may arise due to participation in this show.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. A percentage of vendors are cycled out each year to maintain freshness. Jury materials will be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A multiple-person panel jury thoroughly reviews slides or photos and display.
All items must be hand made or embelished.
All items must be Fine Craft or Art.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.
Floor length table cloths required.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.

Driving Directions
From the NJ Turnpike, take exit 4.  Stay right through tollgates and after the Lukeoil gasstation, take the south ramp for Rt 295.  Stay on 295 South and take the next exit for Cherry Hill/Camden - to Rt 70 (Marlton Pike) East.  Get in the left lane ASAP and continue to the second traffic light at West Gate drive.  The Church is a large building right at the intersection.  Turn left into West Gate Drive and use the second enterance to get to the back of the building - where we have a ramp and elevator.
