| 5th annual - Upscale/affluent community! Indoor, climate controlled show in a fancy, clean and handicapped equipped city-owned building in the affluent town of Colleyville, TX. 46 professional vendors, 10,000 square feet of shopping. Donating $1 of adult admission to charity of shopper's choice with donation coupon available at website. Vendors may participate in either 1 or all 3 shows in Colleyville and/or Grapevine. Holiday gift market. This is not a hand-made only show. All items are new except for antiques. Only one commercial franchisee vendor per show with competition also invited. Adult/children and boy/girl clothing, men/women apparel, holiday gifts, holiday/home decor, educational toys/books, glassware, kitchen/livingroom/bedroom/bathroom/guest room decor, dishes, flatware, photos, painting, scrapbooking, jewelry, silver, candles, dried foods, ethnic items, religous gifts, clothing/shoes, household items, medical apparel, skin care, cosmetics, fragrances, high fashion, unique items, and great holiday gift ideas for your friends, neighbors, teachers and family members. |
Advertising Done for This Event
| As in the past, more than $15,000 in paid advertising with postcards mailed to every homeowner in all 4 surrounding towns. Newspaper/display ads placed in the Fort Worth Star Telegram and in the Dallas Morning News subsidiary papers in the towns of Coppell, Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake, Keller, Denton, Trophy Club, Lewisville, and Carrollton in addition to calendar of events in the surrounding areas. Grapevine is located on the on the Dallas/Tarrant/Denton border line so we also advertise in these calendar of events. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
No on-line applications. Please mail application, photos and postage-paid return address envelope. Until posted here, please refer to application located on website for all rules. Thank you. Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. A percentage of vendors are cycled out each year to maintain freshness. Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Photos of workshop, supplies, or works in progress required. Retail Items Allowed. Limited number of Artists per category. Floor length table cloths required. All product types to be sold must be listed on application. Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed. Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them. Driving Directions Between Dallas and Fort Worth (Tarrant County). Take Highway 121 south (toward Fort Worth) and exit Glad Road north. Take Glade road to Highway 26 (Colleyville Boulevard). Turn right onto Highway 26. Turn right onto Riverwalk Drive when you see LifeTime Fitness. Riverwalk Drive is across the street from Starbucks
