Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Rules and Regulations:
1.Applicant must send entry form, photos or slides if a 1st time vendor (will be returned) and booth fee.
2.Exhibitor is responsible for their own backdrops, chairs, tables, etc.
3.Collection and remittance of Texas Sales Tax is exhibitor’s responsibility.
4.Vehicles are not allowed in booth area except during set-up or takedown time.
5.Exhibitors must keep booth open with enough goods to exhibit until closing.
6.NO REFUNDS - RAIN OR SHINE.
Common Rules Selected: Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. No Gas Generators. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them. |
