Description
4thannual Oxford Furnace Summer Festival. An all day music festival
with many bands, childrens games, vendors, food,and beer. Car show to be held also with spectatular fireworks dislay held at dark. |

Star War Characters Darth Vader Stormtroopers Royal Guard Imperial Officers Tusken Raider TIE Pilot Wookie
will be on hand for picture taking. A story teller, Magician and a clown will also be scheduled thru out the day.. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
must unload vehicle and remove it, then come back and set up your tent.
Common Rules Selected: City law requires city issued vendor permit. (Cost: approx $42.00/tank Permit Phone: 1-609-633-6132) Spots are selected by vendors day of show - first come, first pick. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
