Description
Downtown Brenham Alliance invites you to apply for the Country Flavors Festival located around the downtown square. This annual festival features products well known to our area –ice cream, salad
dressing, wine, sausages, and more! There will be activities for children, a 36 flavor ice cream smorgasbord, free samples of local food products, quality vendors and crafts and so much more. Live
entertainment will add to the fun atmosphere as shoppers visit vendor booths looking for that special treasure! We will even offer shipping of many purchases for that special Mother’s Day gift! An ice cream eating contest and great festival food round out the perfect day. Please join us! |

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
SHOW STANDARDS
Your acceptance to the Country Flavors Festival is based on information you provide with your application. Quality and variety will be the key factors considered by the jury. Please send a photo representative of your product, or provide a website where it can be viewed. We look for quality in what our vendors offer to sell their customers. We limit the number of duplicate or like products, so make sure you reserve your spot early.
EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
The booth fee is $75 for a 10 X 10 booth space. After April 15, the booth fee is $100. No booth
reservations will be accepted after April 27, 2007. No commission. No electricity is available. No
generators allowed. All vendors must provide their own tents and displays and are responsible for their
own trash pick-up. No Refunds. No Rain Date. Show hours will be strictly observed. No late starts or
early departures. Each vendor must check in at the gazebo on the square. All cars MUST be in
designated parking areas no later than 9:30 a.m.
Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Driving Directions Brenham/Washington County is conveniently located on Highway 290, 68 miles west of Houston and 88 miles east of Austin. Only 40 miles south of Bryan/College Station.
To the southwest, San Antonio is 150 miles while the Dallas/Fort Worth area is 210 miles to the north.
