Description
Attendants will enjoy live musical groups, arts & crafts, foods & beverages, commercial products, carnival Rides & Games, services and products provided by community & small business, free health screenings, marketing & promotions from all type of exhibitors. More than 75,000 Latinos and Koreans from the surrounded communities usually attend this free Street Fair in a fraternal environment, bringing their children to receive 25,000 free toys and to celebrate the Christmas holidays. Thousand of free samples of a variety of products are usually given in this 8 blocks event.

Almost every weekend we coordinate huge open Annual Hispanic Festivals in the City of Los Angeles and its surrounding areas!!

Families from Mexico, Caribbean, Central & South-America (total of 21 Latin countries) usually attend these free multi cultural Carnival Fairs in a fraternal environment enjoying a variety of entertainment and all kinds of exhibitors from Community, Small Business & Corporations.

Exhibitor companies take advantage of these Hispanic events to increase recognition in the Los Angeles Market, in addition to show strong community involvement with the Hispanic consumers.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations

Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
