Vendor Types Needed: All types of crafts, prefer hand crafted, orignal work. Antiques wanted. Quality products. Due to so many trying to sell the same "latest fad" items, there will be limited numbers of booths selling the same thing. PEFERENCE will be given for booths with new and different products. All items must be listed on applications. All persons in the booth must be named on application and be in the booth. If you, the booth applicate will not be in the booth, you will need to make arragements with me BEFORE your entry will be accepted. Limited numbers of jewerly and candles and purses accepted next year. CALL FOR MORE INFORMATION Get your name on the mail list for 2009.
NOT Needed: No food vendors, some types of packaged food products accepted, but must be preapproved. Any products that XXX rated will not be allowed. NO FLEA MARKET ITEMS,USED CLOTHING, UNLESS YOU ARE SELLING VINTAGE CLOTHING, AND I WILL KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. NO ANIMALS FOR SALE. THIS IS NOT A FLEA MARKET.

| 21th annual Elk City Christmas Craft Show & Gift Expo, all types of crafts, art, jewerly, clothing, wood items, quilts, antiques, Home products, metal art, saddles and western items. Limited Commercial products accepted. Previous exhibitors have 1st option on spaces. Held in the Elk City Civic Center, Elk City Oklahoma. Free Parking, Free Admission, limited rv hookups, no services. Lunch room will open serving onion burgers and more. Open 10 am to 5 pm Saturday and 10am to 4 pm Sunday. BOOK EARLY, SHOW HAS SOLD OUT PAST 3 YEARS. |

| 2008 Advetising budget was $2000. Two Elk City Papers,Weathford Shopper, Managum Shopper, Keco Radio, 4 shopper guides, Many signs around town, 5000 handbills distributed. Local free shoppers as well, posters at business. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
YOU MUST STAY TIL THE SHOW IS OVER,4PM ON SUNDAY, UNLESS SHOW MANAGEMENT APPROVES OR HAS DISMISSED SHOW DUE TO THE WEATHER. EXHIBITORS DISMANTLING THEIR BOOTH WILL NOT BE ALLOWED BACK TO FUTHER SHOWS.Please stay inside your space, be a good neighbor, no pets in booths. If you bring children, they must stay with you. You are responsible for them. No loud music or tv's allowed. SHOW SOLD OUT LAST 3 YEARS, GET YOUR ENTRY IN EARLY. You are responsible for sales tax, if you do not have an Oklhoma Sales tax permit, you must fill out the provided by the show and turned in at the end of the show.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel lightly screens slides or photos.

Limited number of Artists per category.
Floor length table cloths required.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.

Driving Directions From Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, take I40 west, 112 miles, exit 41, continue 1 1/2 miles west on 4 lane, Civic Center is on South(left) side of road. Takes 2 hours. From West of Elk City, take exit 38 (hiway 6, Main street), turn North(left) over I40, 5 stop light North, about 2 miles to business 40, 3rd street. Turn right onto 3rd street, follow around 2 curves, past airport, Civic center on right, about 1 1/2 miles.
