Description
Come join us for The Art Center at Fuller Lodge's 32nd Summer Arts and Crafts Fair sponsored by The Art Center at Fuller Lodge. This event is held outside on the lawn of the historical Fuller Lodge in picturesque Los Alamos, NM. The Fair takes place in conjunction with the annual Los Alamos Rodeo, which draws a multitude of visitors, and features more than 100 artists.

Vendors set up on the lawn of the Historic Fuller Lodge. The neighboring library hosts the county fair at the same time, and there is live music throughout the day.

| Advertising includes ads placed in local and regional news venues. Also includes local and on-site signage, as well as radio and online event listings. However, the fact that we've been running annually for the last 32 years in conjunction with the Los Alamos Rodeo is our best advertisement-- people know about us. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
