Description
The Art Center at Fuller Lodge's 32nd Fall Arts and Crafts Fair is held at the Middle School in picturesque Los Alamos. The fair, featuring more than 100 artists, is a perfect time to do some early holiday shopping (for others or for yourself!).

The Fall Arts and Crafts Fair is promoted as the Gateway to the Holidays Fair. It's the first holiday shopping event in the area.


Advertising Done for This Event
Advertising includes ads placed in local and regional news venues. Also includes local and on-site signage, as well as radio and online event listings. However, the fact that we've been running annually for the last 31 years is our best advertisement-- people know about us.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Juried Fair:
All work must be created and produced by the exhibitor
Jewelers permittted sale of finished work only.
No resale of commercially manufactured goods.
No medicinal products allowed.
Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and paying all appropriate taxes.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). No Early Packup Allowed. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel jury reviews slides or photos and display.
All items must be hand made or embelished.
Artist must be present day of show.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.

Online:

Los Alamos Middle School is at the far end of town. Come into Los Alamos from NM502 to Trinity Drive. Proceed about 1 mile to the intersection of Trinity and Diamond, next to Los Alamos Medical Center. Turn right, and drive about 2 miles on Diamond Drive to the round-about. At the round-about take the right hand lane and turn right onto San Ildefonso. The Middle School will be on your left in about 500 yards.
