Description
WE welcome Crafters.
The Butler School will run a Country Store and Cafe.
Please no used/flea market items.
please no "store vendors" with for example ..clothes, or knick-knacks items.
Annual Craft Fair with a variety of crafters. School parent group runs a country store and cafe. We also have a variety of basket raffles.
Free admission and plenty of parking.

Advertising Done for This Event
The Lowell Sun newspaper, school signage, flyers in area businesses and to Butler School Parents, the internet, sending a flyer with the registration form to each crafter to help advertise.(Added this year...main street signage 3 weeks before fair)


Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Registration Forms will be mailed upon request.  Spaces are $25.00 and one raffle item for our school raffle table. We have limited 6 foot rectangle school tables available. We also have four and a half feet round tables with eight stools attached. One chair will be available with each space. Upon arrival to the show you will receive a number to let you know which spot you are assigned to. Returning Crafters are able to request specific spots, (if they are still available at the time of the request).
Crafters are also asked to help promote the craft fair through available flyers from the Butler School. Together we can make our craft fair a success!
The Butler Middle School is not liable for any loss due to damage or stolen articles, nor for loss due to personal injury. Once the Fair is over we ask that you leave the premises in a clean condition remove all rubbish, etc,,,prior to leaving. There is no refund once this application is received unless the show is cancelled.

Common Rules Selected: Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Gas Generators. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
