Description
The Westfield High School Orchestra Boosters (WHSOB) will be hosting our 2008 Westfield High School Holiday Craft Fair on Saturday, November 8, 2008 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at Westfield High School, located at 4700 Stonecroft Blvd, Chantilly, VA 20151.
Vendor spaces will be available in the school cafeteria and are approximately 6’ X 10’. Power will not be provided. Vendors may provide their own tables, chairs, and coverings. If needed, tables and chairs are available for rental for an additional fee.
The WHSOB will be responsible for advertising for the event. In addition to advertising in local newspapers, the 2008 Westfield High School Holiday Craft Fair will be advertised on Westfield High School’s new marquis, as well as throughout our school. The proceeds from the Holiday Craft Fair will be used to support the Westfield High School Orchestra. There will also be many other school clubs and organizations represented at the event. School clubs and organizations will be permitted to sell fundraising items.
Each crafter is responsible for setting up his/her display by 9:00 am, selling their crafts, collecting money, and booth tear down beginning at 3:00 pm. The space fee is $60.00 (tax-deductible). An Early Bird Discount is available for vendors who sign up by October 1, 2008. Tables are available to rent for $10 each and chairs are available to rent for $3 each.
