| Chesterfield Elementary PTO sponsored Holiday Boutique on Nov. 7, 2009 from 10am - 3pm at 17700 Wildhorse Creek Road in Chesterfield, Mo. Early registration due by Aug. 20, 2008 - $65 for one/$100 for two booths. Regular registration contract due by Oct. 27, 2008 - $75 for one/$125 for two booths. Booths on an average measure 7'x9' and include 1-6 foot table and a chair, electricity is $5 per booth. Large turnout with large exhibitor interest. A fun shopping event for everyone in the family. Fabulous silent action. |
Advertising Done for This Event
| Media release to local magazine -Out & About Sept./Oct.& Nov./Dec. publications. Chesterfield Elementary student flyers, Cheterfield PTO Articles, Flyers at local businesses and Rockwood district events, area subdivision signs, and large city corner signage two weeks before event. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel jury reviews slides or photos and display. All items must be hand made or embelished. Limited number of Artists per category. Artist must be present day of show. Floor length table cloths required. Sample product(s) required for jury process. All product types to be sold must be listed on application. Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed. Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to leave. Determined Quality Level: 5
