Description
Santa Holiday Home Arts and Crafts Fair hosted by the Valley Shopping Center Merchants Association. Spaces will be 8' x 10' available 7 days a week from November 8 thru December 31. The rental space is $200 for non-profits groups with your Tax Emempt Letter and $300 for retail crafters and Tax ID number. Please supply you own displays. The space is 4400 sq feet, with frontage and parking. Utilities will be provided. Please contact Debi for any questions and to secure a space with us. This will be our first event so please grow with us.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Vehicles can be left behind/in/near spot. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
