Description
This is our 21th Annual Arts & Crafts Boutique. We are working to make it our best! Good sized, 6'x10' booths (with most having a little wiggle room adding right in). Great price for a day and a half event. All indoors with heat and bathrooms nearby.  Same great concessions. Main level booths available for those who may have more trouble with the stairs. Indoor secerity system. Overnight parking available. An expanded friendly staff with the same friendly face at the helm. More advertising this year. More posters & flyers. Many signs to be posted the weekend of event leading customers to the church. The attendence count for each of the last 2 years was about 650 in '06 and 750 in '07.


Advertising Done for This Event
This year we will be advertising in the following ways:
TV Commercials, Ads in the Lewiston Morning Tribune, Moneysaver, Local Craft Guide, (8) 4'x8' Community Events Boards, Radio Spots, Various Web listings, Directional signs on major arterials to the event. Post card touch cards. Word of mouth, we have great artisens who share how they feel about our show smile


Event/Application Rules & Regulations
*The screening Committee is the sole judge of the work and reserves the right to reject any work considered unacceptable.
*3 clear photos of your work including one of you in your work area and one of your booth are required for jurying.

Acceptable Work:

*Items sold must be handcrafted by the exhibitor.
*There is a grandfather clause in effect for previous vendors of retail items who do not miss a year. This only applies to 2 vendors at this time.
*Wood, jewelry, glass art, dried & silk flowers, homemade soup mixes & a vast variety of other uniquely handcrafted items.
*Original paintings, photographs, prints and cards made from exhibitors original paintings or photographs.

Unacceptable Work:

*Pre-fabricated items, items purchased at wholesale and decorated, commercial       candles, painted statues, “kit-art”, etc.
*There is a grandfather clause in effect for previous vendors of retail items who do not miss a year. This only applies to 2 vendors at this time.

Booth Sizes/ Fees:

*$30 –Regular booth 6’x10’
*$55 –Double booth 6’x20’
*$60 –End cap booth 12’x10’
*Electricity is available in a limited number of spaces & must be requested in advance. ($5 extra fee)
Rules:
*Vendors must set up their booths between the hours of 10-2 on Thursday, Nov. 7th & Fri, Nov. 8th after 10am.
*Tear down of booths will be done after 4pm on Saturday.
*No Pets
ID Sales Tax Forms:
*Vendors are to comply with the Idaho State Tax regulations. The Tax commission will provide tax packets for each vendor at check-in.
*Filing the return is your responsibility.
Overnight Security:
*Our building will be locked and alarmed  before and after hours.
*Exhibitors will be responsible for any loss or damage.

Exhibitor Parking:

*After you have unloaded your products into the gym or foyer you are asked to move your vehicles to the North parking lot.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Photos of workshop, supplies, or works in progress required.
All items must be hand made or embelished.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Table cloths required.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
