| Fall Harvest Family Fun and Shopping Day Fundraising event to raise funds and awareness for Autism. Event sponsored by EJ Autism Foundation. We are accepting applications now for vendor sales - only craft vendor and new merchandise accepted. Food Vendors are also welcome! The event has a full advertising budget and will be advertised in local Newspapers and local radio station. Vendor tables ar $50 for a 10 x 10 space - please bring your own table and canopy. We are specializing in Vendor Bingo to ensure all guests visit all tables and are also offering vendors the opportunity to include your business in our coupon booklet which will be handed out at the event to all shoppers - proven to be a great resource for future sales if you have a webstore or catalog sales! Join us for a great cause and and a great shopping event! |

| Haunted House, magician and Clown, Face Painting, Santa and Santa's Free Candy Canes, Smores Making, Scarecrow Stuffing, Story Hour, Pumpkin Picking and Pumpkin Painting and, OfCourse - GREAT SHOPPING with Long Island's Best vendors! Fall Harvest with fresh Cider and Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, Fresh Baked Goods, Free Moon Bouncer and LOTS of other great Children's activities |
Advertising Done for This Event
| We are advertising in the local NewsPaper as Well as on The Local Radio Station and huge sgns will be posted all over the atea and on the expressway (LIE - Local Heavily Travelled Road). The Local Chamber of Commerce is advertising in all local businesses. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Please arrive no later than 9:30 am to set up - must be set up by 11am SHARP - Bring your own Table, Canopy, and Chairs. Please NO Knock-Off Illegal Hand-Bags accepted. Thank you.
Common Rules Selected: Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
