Description
| Craft, gifts and home business exhibits throughout the mall area and is an advertising event for many exhibitors who want to do the Riverboat Days in August. It is also a good show for most. We have changed the show from 2 to three days and last year was a very good show so we look for returns and probably around 25 or 30 booths. We advertise all of our shows in the newspapers, shoppers, flyers, radio and the signs on the street. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
tables must be draped or skirted on outer peremeter, or part exposed to public. Please remove tape which markes four corners of booth after you get set up. Must be payed in advance.
Common Rules Selected: Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
