Description
| This is the twelfth year for "Holiday Magic". We have opened more class-rooms to allow more crafters to display their art. We provide an 8' table, chairs, and our crafters are given a coffee and doughnut with each table reservation on Saturday morning. We have two set-up times; Friday evening, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday morning 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at which time the doors open for our show. It ends at 4:00 p.m. There is ample parking and an overhang for dry and easy unloading of your craft. There are no stairs; all one level and easy access to all spaces. We permit our crafters to purchase from Grandma's Attic on Friday night before opening to the public on Saturday morning. We advertise as handicap and stroller accessible. We display signs, promote on local cable, in newspapers and signage. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Driving Directions From the North; Go south on State Route 21 and exit at State Route 93, Canal Fulton exit. Turn left on Route 93 and follow Route 93 through Canal Fulton. Just past Strausser St. on the right you will see our Church at 8101 Manchester Rd.(St.Rte.93).
From the South you can follow Rt. 77 North exiting at the Portage Street exit and turning left. Follow Portage St. into Canal Fulton where it becomes Locust. Continue on Portage(Locust St.) into town. At the corner of Locust and St. Route 93 (Cherry Street), with the town playground diagonally across from you, you will turn right and follow St. Route 93 (Cherry St.) past Strausser St. on your right and our church is just down a little ways on your left.
Or, you can follow State Route 21 North and exit at the State Route 93, Canal Fulton exit and turn right. Follow 93 through Canal Fulton and continue on 93 past Strausser St. on your right. We are just a little ways further on your left.
