Description
This is an event that is a step above the average craft show. Professionalism is strictly enforced! Hobbyist or just starting out crafters should not apply. This is not your average mall show. We do extensive marketing of the event. Many people will be there because of our marketing, along with the high mall traffic. The seasoned crafter does well at this event! These are vendors that generally do well at all shows, because they have fine tuned their pitch, display, and product development. Vendor that have not done well had poor display that did not coordinate with application rules, little inventory, poor packaging, high ticket prices, little diversity, no pricing, negative attitude, little or no experience in the craft business or within their business, did not stay in their booth, brought children, verbally attacked customers with their sales pitch, or never addressed customer. This is a show for the professional vendor that knows how to sell their product. If you are a vendor that sits and waits for the sale, then this show may not be for you!
The promoter has done shows for over 10 years averaging 72 per year. She has been experienced in a wide variety of events, in 4 diferent states, and now brings her experience to develop this show. We are here to HELP, and will gladly offer any advice on displaying at this event. This is also a good show on learning how to make a business of selling your wares.
This is the 10th year for this show, and has been moved to this NEW locations. This mall is the newest mall in the area! This show is one of the 4 shows that we promote at this location. We offer a discounted price for handcrafted items, and jury to ensure that it is handcrafted. We do this, so that we can encourage mostly handcrafted items. This event is promoted by Miller Promotions, and sponsored by Pittsburgh Candle Co. |
