2009 Quilt Retreat Getaway Weekend
When: November 6, 7 and 8, 2009
Registration 5:30 to 6:30 PM on Friday, November 6.

or BEGINNING QUILTING 101. This is your chance
to learn good basic quilting skills in a weekend.
Cost: $150 for the weekend through Sunday NOON. $25 for additional optional time after NOON Sunday if paid before October 1. $35 for day if paid after October 1, 2009.
Deposit: $100. If staying for the extended sewing time, $25 is due with the deposit.
The balance of $50 will be due at registration for the 2009 Quilt Retreat Getaway Weekend.
Cancellation: $25 of deposit is nonrefundable. If registration packets have been mailed, $10 plus the cost of the book will be subtracted from the remainder of deposit until October 1, 2009. No refunds after
October 1, 2009.
Accommodations: Rooms are available at the Baymont Inn and Suites. The cost of the room, for 1 to 4 occupants, is approximately $80. Contact the hotel directly at 608-762-6900 to make room reservations. Mention the 2009 Quilt Retreat Getaway Weekend with Quilts by Barb to receive this rate.
Rooms are available first come, first serve basis. The $80 rate is good for rooms booked before Oct 1, 2009.
Meals: All meals are on your own. Continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings is included with your room if you are staying at the hotel. Small refrigerators and microwaves are available in suites only at the hotel. There is an additional charge for suites. Mound View Restaurant and the Crazy Cow Saloon are both part of The Travel Center and have excellent food.
