Description
High quality, juried fine craft show, with 52 spaces available, easy set up. Fees benefit the art center, no commissions taken. Lunch food is sold to the public and artists, there is a silent auction that benefits the center, artwork donations are requested. Preview party Fri. night with wine tasting. Parking nearby with shuttle. Near PA and MD as well as DE. CCArts is in an elementary school building, artists are set up in the auditorium and all classrooms. The Show has been held the same weekend for many years. Many vendors a repeaters with first choice at returning the next year.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
CCArts occupies an old elementary school building. Artisan spaces differ in shape and we ask that all artists bring flexible displays. You will be expected to cooperate with your neighbors during set-up. If you are not willing or able to be flexible, please do not apply. If there is conflict during set-up, you may be asked to leave and your fee will not be refunded. Lighting is overhead; we recommend you bring additional lighting for your display.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. A percentage of vendors are cycled out each year to maintain freshness. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

A multiple-person panel jury thoroughly reviews slides or photos and display.
All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only.
All items must be entirely hand-made by the artist alone.
All items must be Fine Craft or Art.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.
Table cloths required.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
