The Census office figures 71% Latinos residents for the zip code 90057
More than 10,000 Hispanics attendants will enjoy food from El Salvador especially the most popular a tortilla called PUPUSA, which is stuffed with cheese, refried beans and other fillings such as beef or pork rinds then grilled and served with spicy pickled cabbage and hot sauce.
At this free Street Fair you will find different type of Salvadorian food such as: fried plantain (a type of green banana), fried beans with rice (casamiento), cheese or cream, coffee, rice and beans, steak or chicken, salad and tropical fruit such as mangoes, watermelon or jocotes, a deep-red, pitted fruit.
In addition, attendants will find free health screenings for the whole family, free gifts, Carnival Games, Live Music, and a variety of products, services and information provided by all type of exhibitors.

Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
