Description
| Statesboro Mall resumes holding Arts & Crafts Show this year on June 27-29, 2008! Local and regional artists and craftsmen will set up and sell their handmade merchandise through out the mall. This is the beginning of two shows per year at this location. Come join us as we build a great show and produce profitable results for everyone. Space is still available. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
This application is an agreement between the Exhibitor and the Promoter to display and sell handmade merchandise at this Show. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any or all work displayed by the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor agrees to send a $25 deposit along with this completed application to reserve space to show and sell their merchandise. The Exhibitor agrees that the deposit is non refundable and that this completed application is a commitment to participate in this Show. The balance of the Show Fees is due the first day of the Show payable in cash only. Any special placement request should be outlined and approved by the Promoter prior to setup. Once your application and deposit are received a Set Up Sheet will be returned to the Exhibitor with additional instructions, setup dates and times. Please include photos of your work and display or a link to your website along with this application.
Completed application and a $25 Post Office Money Order are to be mailed to
D. Smith, P O Box 84, Cherrylog, Ga 30522.

Common Rules Selected: Jury materials will be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Photos of workshop, supplies, or works in progress required.
All items must be hand made or embelished.
Artist must be present day of show.
Floor length table cloths required.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
