Description
| It's Christmas Castle at Castle McCulloch in Jamestown, NC. Walk through the enchanted Christmas forest displaying over 400,000 lights. Experience live acts from around the world. Enter Christmas Castle and see Santa Claus and his 22 foot singing Christmas tree. Visit the elf tunnel and see where Santa's elves live and work. Last but not least exit through the longest light tunnel in north America. |

Come see live Christmas acts from around the world. Experience Oriental music and dance, an African American gospel trio, a Scottish storyteller, a Mariachi band, British Christmas carolers from 1850, and kids can visit with a real bearded, German Kris Kringle.
Go through the elf tunnel and see where the elves live and work. |

| Walk through trails indoor and out to each performance area. View the beautiful light specticles along the way to entering the magestic castle where you can view the 22-foot singing Christmas tree. This tree is covered in 10,000 twinkling lights. |

Vendor and Exhibitor Guidelines
GUIDELINES FOR FESTIVALS:
All special requests will be considered but not be guaranteed.
Cancellations for night of show will not be refunded.
No vendor will be accepted until fee is paid and application is signed and dated.
Booth rental is 10 x 10 spaces. $360 for weekend dates; Nov 30, Dec 1,2,7,8,9,14,15,16,21,22,23. $400.00 for all the weekends plus the week of Christmas, Dec. 10 – 13.
Booth space is 10' x 10'. Larger booths MAY be accommodated by request for no additional charge depending on circumstance. Please ask about this.
ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO SHOW TIME. BOOTHS NOT SET UP WILL BE FORFEITED.
The show starts at 6:00PM and goes until (approximately 9:00pm or 10:00pm).
Electrical service is available. Electricity may NOT be used for heating devices. If needing electricity, please bring 50' (or more) HEAVY DUTY EXTENSION CORD. No extension cords will be available to loan.
Vending area is outdoors but is in a large heated tent. The temperature should be comfortable, but the ground will still be cold. Please dress warmly especially from the knee down.
Marketing of the show includes but is not limited to: television, radio, mass mailing, email, posted fliers and The Castle McCulloch's website.
We respectively ask all vendors to assist with show marketing efforts: i.e. Including show information in mailings, emails and websites.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Overnight Security Provided. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
All items must AT LEAST APPEAR hand made.
Table cloths required.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
