There is also public restroms located in the mall. Electricity: $10 limited spaces, bring own power cord Water: not provided Tables/Chairs: 2 metal folding chairs free, 6x2 tables $10 Misc Details: Indoor Event, Retail Items, Non-Juried Crafts Entertainment: Shoping, Eating, Music and friendly people Activities: A raffle drawig will be heald every 15-30 minutes. Mary Kay, Avon, Scentsy, Jewelry spaces have been filled. This is a first year show. No percentages are available on application acceptance rates.
Applications are Screened & Accepted progressively, as they arrive, until all spaces are filled.

Description
| This is a first year show. We are looking for a wide range of vendors and customers! Admin is FREE. There will be a raffle, tickets are $1, held about every 15-30 minutes. One item will be given from each vendor for the raffle. You must be present to win. 10x10 spaces are $60 and 6X6 spaces are $30. We will provide up to two chairs per vendor. You can bring your own table or rent one from us, 6ft-$10. This covers our cost for renting the tables. Tables will be covered and booth area will be neat & clean. All items sold must be family friendly and acceptable for use, wear or showing in church. There will be Christmas music and a food/snack bar. Come visit us. 21 Nov 09 from 9-4. We are just off I35 in Temple at exit 298. |
Advertising Done for This Event
The total budget is not yet decided We wll be advertising on other on-line web sites. At least 2 newspapers, community calandars and a banner next to I35. Word of mouth. I'll list more as we go.
We now have a 6x4 banner hung at the entrance to the shopping center which is on the frontage road of I35. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
We reserve the right to have you remove any item/items that WE feel are not in good taste. Common Rules Selected: Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Retail Items Allowed. Limited number of Artists per category. Table cloths required. No inventory boxes in view. Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them. Exhibitors must wear name badges. Determined Quality Level: 2
