Description
Old Fashioned Holiday Bazaar will help you get your holiday shopping well underway.  We have dolls, toys, Lia Sophia Jewelry, home wares, candles, Tupperware, pet supplies, pampering products, purses, and much more.  See our website.  

We are still looking for vendors for this event so contact us asap.  Only one rep per company will be accepted for home based companies and no adult companies please.

2nd Annual Old Fashioned Holiday Bazaar!



This agreement is between Marlene Dreifke, hereafter referred to as Event Manager and

__________________________________________________ , hereafter known as Vendor in this agreement.



Agreement is for event listed as 2nd Annual Old Fashioned Holiday Bazaar to be held on Sunday, November 30, 2008 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m at Cardinal Ale House & Bowl, 277 Industrial Dr., Columbus, WI  53925 Phone: 920 623-1997.



Cardinal Bowl is right off Hwy. 151 at Hwy. 16 exit.  Go one block into Columbus and turn left onto Industrial Drive and go back to the Cardinal Bowl at end of Drive.

Vendor agrees to pay $40 for 10 x 10’ booth space _____ or $55 for 10’ x 15’ space ______ , position to be determined by Event manager (please check which space vendor wishes to have).  
No booth will be saved until payment is received.  Payments are to be made out to:
            Marlene Dreifke and mailed to: W3647 Hwy. 16, Rio, WI  53960

Vendor agrees to set up Sunday morning between 8 and 10:45 a.m.  All booths must be set up and manned by 10:45 a.m.  No early take down.  Event is advertised until 4 p.m. and all vendors are expected to stay in place until that time.  
Vendor agrees to give one door prize per booth to the event manager to be given away during the event.
There will only be one company per booth.  No sharing or giving your booth space to a different vendor without express consent of event manager.  This does not include allowing down line team members to help staff your booth.  
No refunds for any reason.  
All areas in and around your booth will be free of obstructions.  No booth will play music or other video equipment that will interfere with other booths.  
Event manager and Cardinal bowl takes no responsibility for any injury, loss, theft, or breakage of any kind.  Vendor is entirely responsible for their own items and safety.

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
