Attention Business Owners..
We are requesting exhibitors to work in Santa\'s Workshop selling quality products & services to deserving consumers.

Directions from nearest highway: From I-290 - exit and exit Route 64 West (North Avenue). Go three miles to 83 (Kingery Highway) south. At 5th traffic light, turn left onto Riverside Drive. Property between St. Charles and Roosevelt Roads, opposite Walmart.

If you would like to place samples in the bags, they must be brought to the front desk at 7:00 – 7:30 am. If you would like pamphlets/brochures put out front, they must be brought to the front desk before 8:00 am.

Advertising Done for This Event
The Sun Publication, The Daily Herald, The Lombardian & The Liberty & The Chicago Reader. Large Balloon out front on Kingery coupled with 200 Yard singns throughout the area. Partnerships with various organizations to distribute postcards & flyers, flyers hung throughout the area, small mailing samples to general area consumers.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. A percentage of vendors are cycled out each year to maintain freshness. Vendors can share a booth. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Retail Items Allowed.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
