| The show is in a beautiful 1800 restored Barn in Issaquah (across from Costco)We fill the barn with thousands of hand crafted coutry, primitive, and Victorian decor,Christmas Decor, gifts, garden art, gourmet foods and much more. FREE ADMISSION AND PARKING |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: A percentage of vendors are cycled out each year to maintain freshness. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel jury reviews slides or photos and display.
All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only.
All items must be entirely hand-made by the artist alone.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Floor length table cloths required.
Backdrop required.
No inventory boxes in view.
No plain, flat table displays. Tiers, levels, or shelves required on them.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.

Driving Directions Heading east on I-90 take exit 15- the Renton exit. Take a left off the ramponto 17th ave. go through 3 stop lights. take a right at the next stop light onto 10th nw. The barn is located on your dft hand side across from the Issaquah Costco.
