Description
Looking for an all day crop to help get those holiday pictures in albums? January 24, 2009 at Fountain Woods Elementary School, 601 Fountain Avenue, Burlington, NJ. Located about 2 miles from Exit 47 on Rte 295. The crop will take place from 9 AM - 8 PM. All proceeds will benefit Burlington Township High School's Project Graduation. A mostly community supported post-graduation event planned to keep the graduates together on the eve of their graduation while having fun in an alcohol and drug-free environment.
What will your day of scrapbooking cost? The entrance fee is $45.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
