| Red Rose Inspiration for Animals, Inc. based in Sedona, AZ promotes talented artists. Proceeds from the events produced by Red Rose Inspiration for Animals, Inc go to benefit animals in need. The shows give artists the opportunity to showcase their fine products while giving back to a worthy charity, and visitors and the local community have the opportunity to find that unique, special item and often meet the artist in person. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
No animal made products displayed at show. Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. City law requires city issued vendor permit. (Cost: $25.00 for the YEAR Permit Phone: 928-282-3113) Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. White Canopies Only. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. Pets OK! No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can be left behind/in/near spot. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Photos of workshop, supplies, or works in progress required. All items must be hand made or embelished. All items must be Fine Craft or Art. Limited number of Artists per category. Table cloths required. No inventory boxes in view. Sample product(s) required for jury process. Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to leave. Determined Quality Level: 5

Driving Directions From Interstate I-17: Take Exit 287 and go West on Highway 260 towards Cottonwood. (If you're coming from the North turn right on Hwy 260, and if you're coming from the South turn left on Hwy 260) Turn Right on Main Street (Hwy 89A) at the traffic signal where you see Home Depot, Sizzler Restaurant, Giant Gas Station and Taco Bell. After turning Right onto Main Street just continue--it becomes State Highway 89A. Take Hwy 89A into Sedona. Continue down 89A into Sedona and look for Olde Sedona Bar and Grill on your right hand side at the corner of Saddlerock Circle and 89A across the street from New Frontiers.
