Our 2nd Annual Craft Bazaar will be held Saturday, November 7th from 9-3pm in the School for the Blind's newly built gymnasium off McLoughlin Blvd.
in Vancouver, WA.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE
We are aware that during our involvement in the activity in which we are participating under arrangements of the West Coast Blind Sports Association, there is a high risk that certain dangers may occur, including but not limited to the hazards of traveling, accidents, or illness, the forces of nature, and that medical care and/or facilities will not be immediately available.
In consideration of and based upon our right to participate in such high risk activities, we have had explained to us the risks involved, and do hereby assume all of such risks and will hold WCBSA, its volunteers and officers, the Washington State School for the Blind (our location), harmless from any and all negligence, liability, actions, causes of action, debts, claims, demands of every kind and nature whatsoever which may arise of or in connection with my participation in the activities arranged WCBSA. The terms hereof shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for our heirs, executor and administrator, and for all members of our family including any minors accompanying us.

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Vendors can share a booth. City law requires city issued vendor permit. (Cost: free Permit Phone: 866-248-1287) Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
