Description
| This is a juried woodcarving show featuring approximately 350 woodcarvings. There are Cash Awards plus Ribbon Awards. Some carvings will be for sale and there will be demonstrations and seminars both days of the show. Carving supply vendors will be there in abundance with everything from wood to tools and books. There will be a snack bar available. Parking is free and overnight parking is available for RVs through the park administration office or dry parking is available in the parking lot. All entry forms will be available on our website or by mail request. All pertinent information concerning the show is available on the website or by phone 253.833.4626. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Retail Items Allowed.
Art/Craft Items NOT EVEN Recommended.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.

Driving Directions Come to the Western Washington Fairgrounds in Puyallup, WA and use the Red Gate for entry. (Note, this is new location for us at the Fairgrounds)
