Description
| Fund raising event for the PTO. We will have the Shopping Arena as well as a rummage sale and games to draw a large number of guests from the local communities.We are taking booth requests now. Please visit our web site at for more information. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
The members of the PTO have worked tirelessly to ensure our vendors have a great experience. We will offer a complimentary soda and popcorn available from our concession stand. Coupons will be handed out at the check-in table. Below are some rules we ask that you follow while operating on school porperty.
· No Smoking is allowed on the Cedar Grove Elementary campus. State law also restricts alcohol and firearms on school grounds.
· Safety is a major concern for all of our guests and vendors. Please be sure equipment and displays are set-up properly. Do not allow children to walk around unattended.
· No early takedowns. Every guest ,no matter how late they arrive, should have the opportunity to shop all booths without feeling rushed.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Retail Items Allowed.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.
No inventory boxes in view.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.

Driving Directions From Nashville take I 24 East to exit 66b Sam Ridley Parkway W(HWY 266) toward Smyrna. Turn left at the second traffic light on to Chaney Blvd. Cedar Grove Elementary is approx. 1/2 mile on the left on Chaney.
From Chattanooga/Knoxville/Murfreesboro take I 24 west to Exit 66b Sam Ridley Parkway W(HWY 266) toward Smyrna. Turn left at the second traffic light on to Chaney Blvd. Cedar Grove Elementary is approx. 1/2 mile on the left on Chaney.
