Description
| A long running show which has always been a percentage show. This new show is NOT percentage. Right along the main Hwy just feet from the passing cars at the Factory Outlets in the Village of Oakcreek, Sedona. This Hwy was recently improved and designated an ALL AMERICAN HWY.It is the Gateway to Sedona. Part of the show is on asphalt in the parking lot and part of it with the highest Hwy visibitity is on gravel abutting the street. Hours are 9 to 6 on this 3 day show. |
Advertising Done for This Event
| There will be a large article and an ad in Kudos, a division of Verde Valley Independent Newspaper. This is mailed to every household in the greater Sedona area, left in stacks at all the hotels, and included as a newspaper insert in the Verde Valley. This is THE entertainment magazine. It also is listed in Az Tourist news and there is advertising in the Country Register.There are also online articles on GatewayToSedona.com and VerdeValleyGuide.com |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Gas Generators. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel lightly screens slides or photos.
All items must AT LEAST APPEAR hand made.
All items must be Fine Craft or Art.
Artist must be present day of show.
Table cloths required.
No inventory boxes in view.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.

Driving Directions Take State Route 179, which is the road to Sedona from the I 17. The Factory Outlets are on your left as you first come into town.
