Description
| We are raising money to provide equipment for our schools athletic teams. We have a hand made crafts but also allow home party based businesses in. We only allow 1 of each type of home business. We also limit the amount of jewelry vendors to 10% of our booth spaces which is approximatly 8. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.

Driving Directions Hwy 70 West to Bryan Rd exit make a left follow for approx. 1 mile until you come to stop light at Mexico rd and make a left. Less than 1/4 mile our school will be on the left hand side. Turn left at stop light and enter at 2nd entrance.
