Description
A 2 day art and craft faire benefiting Kids On Broadway. A theatrical organization that focuses on the importance of the creative arts and theatre. All work must be handcrafted by the artist, no manufactured items. This juried event will be held also in November and December.
Booth Requirements: Bring your own table & chairs, or rent from KOB at
$7.00 a table, $3.00 for a chair, limited amount available,
first come, first serve.

Tables should be cov ered: packing boxes should be out of sight, and trash discreetly disposed of. Event is set up Indoors. Electricity is available. Overhead fluorescent lights will be on - bring more lighting if desired.

Vendor will be asked to donate one piece of their Art to KOB’s Silent Auction.
There will be food & drinks available for sale at this event.
Eligibility: Only original hand-made work will be considered
and The Artist Is Required To Attend. Art will be juried, to ensure
quality and a good mix of vendors.
Exclusivity: KOB strives for as much diversity and variety as possible, however, there is no guarantee of exclusivity to any vendor
or artist in any category, medium, field, or product line.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Common Rules Selected: Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A multiple-person panel jury thoroughly reviews slides or photos and display. All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only. All items must be entirely hand-made by the artist alone. All items must be Fine Craft or Art. Limited number of Artists per category. Artist must be present day of show. Table cloths required. No inventory boxes in view. Sample product(s) required for jury process. All product types to be sold must be listed on application. Determined Quality Level: 6
