Description
A public event - All welcome and bring your friends. Raffles, Dorr Prizes, Demos, Samples and Cash Bar as well as Appetizers. Each vendor will need to bring a raffle item with a retail value of at least $10.00. The money raised from raffle tickets will go to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and will be donated in December. There is room for only 25 vendors and is limited to a 4 foot table space. This is a great opportunity to tap into a community you otherwise would not have access to. This is a monthly Holiday event and only 1 vendor per company will be allowed to participate and it will be on a first come first serve basis.

Please understand that each vendor is limited to a small space and table provided , you bring your own full length table cloth and products.  All vendors will need to keep their spaces free of clutter and everything must be placed beneath their table and hidden.

All vendors are required to clean up their space and full length table cloths are required. Your tables must have rubber protectors on the bottom of each leg so the floor in the room the event is taking place in does not get scratched or gauged. You will not be able to bring a chair as this is a 4 hour show (1 hour of setup included).

This event is being planned as a great way to bring the vendors products to the residents and enable them to do their holiday shopping conveniently in their own community.

The raffles will be displayed on a table and each raffle will have a bowl for raffle tickets that people wish to win. Each vendor will receive a spreadsheet with the leads of those who wanted their raffle item. You will need to follow up with the person who wins your item and all the details will be emailed to each vendor.



Event/Application Rules & Regulations

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. A percentage of vendors are cycled out each year to maintain freshness. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. No Eating or Drinking permitted at booth. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Retail Items Allowed.
All items must AT LEAST APPEAR hand made.
All items must be Fine Craft or Art.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Floor length table cloths required.
No plain, flat table displays. Tiers, levels, or shelves required on them.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
