Description
Art and Craft Show featuring the work of local artists. Christmas related gift items such as wreaths, ornaments and gift baskets. Many other gift ideas such as jewelry, candles, glasswork, papercrafts, woodwork and other media.  All work displayed is handcrafted by the artists present.

Media: Fine arts and crafts in painting, sculpture, prints, photography,              jewelry and metal work, glass, leather, drawing, wood, ceramics, and other media.
                  
Eligibility : Artists must be 18 and over. Only fine arts and crafts will be            accepted. Specialty food items considered.  All work must be original and produced by the artist  applying for the entry. No copies or kits accepted. Other types of  work not accepted are: hand decorated manufactured items,       commercially made products, unfinished wood cut outs, imports,                       ceramics made from commercial molds. All entries will be viewed and approved beforehand. Please send digital images to : tinacolormegreen@yahoo.com.    You may also send photos with this application. You will be notified by e-mail of acceptance.

Booths and fees : Booth spaces  range - approximately 10x8. Some spots vary   slightly or are oddly shaped. Fee is $75.00. Deadline for application is November 6th. Booth fees are refundable only if  rejected. Electricity is available to a limited amount of spaces. Set up is Saturday,  Nov. 21, 7-10 A.M. Tables must be covered at night. Storage is available to put merchandise in, if needed.  There will be limited overnight security. Mall is locked at 6 PM.




Installation & Display : The Northland Mall will provide (1) eight foot table    and (2) chairs. Participants are responsible for providing additional tables, their own display materials &  table coverings (required). Displays must fit into your assigned area without infringing on neighboring spaces. One exhibitor per space. Northland  Mall assumes no responsibility for loss, damage or theft.

Common Rules Selected: Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel jury reviews slides or photos and display.
All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only.
All items must be entirely hand-made by the artist alone.
All items must be Fine Craft or Art.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.
Table cloths required.
No inventory boxes in view.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
