Activities
| As a fundraiser for our group and to supplement "Christmas in the Country", we are going to open a booth called "Santa's Secret Shop". This will be a place especially for kids ages 5-15 where they can shop for family Christmas in secret. Elves will be there to assist them and we will provide free wrapping for items purchased there. |

Common Rules Selected: Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Pets OK! No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can be left behind/in/near spot. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only.

Limited number of Artists per category.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.

I-40 East to Crossville.
Exit to U.S. Highway 127 South toward Pikeville. Continue on U.S. 127 south for approximately 16 miles. Log Cabin Village is on left.
From Chattanooga:
Take US Highway 27 north towards Dayton. Go west on S.R. 30 towards Pikeville. Turn right on U.S. Highway 127 and go approximately 3 miles to Log Cabin Village.
