Description
The Estero Fine Art Show is a high quality fine art show, with 150 artists from across the country. The artists are juried by art professionals, with judging voted on technique/execution, quality, originality; the event gives $1,500 in artist awards. This event is artist-friendly and provides many amenities in addition to the $1,500 artist awards. On sight artist parking, RV parking, complimentary coffee in the morning, complimentary water, bathroom breaks, ease of move in and move out are only some of the examples of the amenities; we try to accommodate almost any other reasonable request and encourage your input.
Estero, FL is located on the southwest coast of Florida, just south of Ft. Myers. The event is 100% outdoors, taking place at Miromar Outlets, an upscale mall and an area with brand new subdivisions (including mansions) that need to be decorated with gorgeous art. Miromar Outlets has high visibility from I-75, and the event takes place adjacent to its lake to add ambiance to the show. The event site is also near Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, a residential waterfront resort with over 700 acres of aquamarine freshwater lakes, three miles of private white sandy beach and "signature" championship golf. Recently the International Design Center has been added to the “Miromar” properties; America’s newest and finest resource for interior design. Miromar Outlets has been voted the “Best Factory Outlet Shopping Center” in Lee County for every year since opening, which is nine years in a row. Event/Application Rules & Regulations
The Rules
• Work must be original and crafted by the artist.
• Work must only be in the media and styles accepted by the jury.
• Work must be in proportion to slides submitted.
• Artists must provide tent and display materials.
• Displays must remain within assigned space.
• No sharing booths unless all artists are represented in juried slides.
• Electricity is available for $75, which is in addition to the booth fee.
• Prints and reproductions are accepted when clearly labeled and limited to 30% of work displayed.
• Each artist must provide enough work to exhibit and sell during the entire duration of the art fair.
• Sales Tax must be collected and remitted.

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. A percentage of vendors are cycled out each year to maintain freshness. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. White Canopies Only. Pets OK! No Early Packup Allowed. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A multiple-person panel jury thoroughly reviews slides or photos and display. All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only. All items must be entirely hand-made by the artist alone. All items must be Fine Craft or Art. Floor length table cloths required. All product types to be sold must be listed on application. Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed. Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them. Determined Quality Level: 5
