Event/Application Rules & Regulations
EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Exhibitors should keep a professional appearance and are responsible for clean up and daily maintenance of their area. All booths must be attended at all times. Exhibitors must be in their booth 10 minutes prior to the time of the show opening. If the exhibitor is not present when the show opens and the booth is closed or covered, Buckler Promotions, Inc. reserves the right to open the booth so as not to distract from the overall appearance of the show. No smoking allowed inside facility. Pets are not allowed at any shows. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Liability Insurance, if desired by the exhibitor, must be obtained by them at their own expense. Please come prepared with sweaters, etc. as large exhibit halls are hard to heat/cool to everyone’s satisfaction. Each crafter must collect Florida sales tax.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No Early Packup Allowed. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel lightly screens slides or photos.
All items must be mostly hand made, no minor Embellishments only.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Floor length table cloths required.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
