Description
School Annual Arts, Crafts and Vendor Bazaar. We will have a consession station. This event is to benefit the dedicated teachers of SSBS.

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANY MERCHANDISE THAT WOULD NOT BE APPROPRIATE IN A CHURCH/SCHOOL SETTING. THEREFORE, ALL CRAFTERS/VENDORS MUST BE APPROVED BY SSBS SCHOOL BOARD BASED UPON THEIR APPLICATION INFORMATION. ANY ADDITIONAL MERCHANDISE THAT WAS NOT INCLUDED ON THE APPLICATION AND IS DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED FROM YOUR DISPLAY. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN YOUR DISMISSAL FROM THE SHOW. UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Crafters/vendors may begin to set up booths as early as 1:0O p.m. on Friday. There is a rear entrance to the school that must be used for unloading and loading vehicles. Please be ready for business no later than 5:00p.m.
Send your completed registration form, your payment and (1) business size, self-addressed stamped envelope to the address listed below if you cannot receive correspondence via email.

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.

Driving Directions 105th Street between Cicero Ave & Central Ave.
I-294 to 95th street exit. Go East to Central Ave. Go South to 105th street. Go East ~ school is about 2 block off of central on the North side of the street.
