Event/Application Rules & Regulations
You must agree to the following terms and conditions:
The Puyallup Emblem Club #231 must receive payment to reserve a table. Please send your reservations in as early as possible, space is limited. Reservations will be accepted on a first paid basis and tables assigned in that order.
Booth space [including table] for your area is approximately 8’ x 8’
Reservations may be withdrawn before October 29th for a full refund.
We will set up in the hall on Friday, November 6th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Your name will be taped on your assigned table. If you are unable to setup at this time, please call Mary Fulton at 253-219-3392.
The lodge will be open on Saturday & Sunday at 8:00 a.m. to sellers and at 9:00 a.m. to the public.
The sellers will provide their own change, bags, etc. and must be present at their own tables and provide their own relief. Please cover your table to the floor, a large sheet works well.
The seller will be responsible for cleaning up their area and be out 45 minutes after closing on the last day of the bazaar, or the last day of your contract.
The selling of food and beverage is reserved for the Puyallup Emblem Club #231 & the Puyallup Elks Lodge #1450. Beverages & snacks will be available for purchase to vendors.
The Puyallup Emblem Club #231 & Puyallup Elks Lodge #1450 shall not be held responsible or liable for any theft, breakage, or other loss of Vendor’s merchandise, nor for any personal injury or other claims of any kind arising out of Vendor’s participation in the “Puyallup Emblem Bazaar”. Vendor waives any and all such claims, acknowledging that Vendor is participating in the “Puyallup Emblem Bazaar” for his/her benefit & solely at his/her won risk..
Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
We ask that sellers remain open until 5:00 (3:00 on Sunday), so as to not disturb other sellers or customers.
The Puyallup Emblem Club #231 & Puyallup Elks Lodge #1450 will not be held responsible for any liability during bazaar activities.
We will be holding daily raffle drawings, it is encouraged for vendors to donate an item (or two).
To encourage a variety of products & provide shoppers with a diverse selection of goods, we reserve the right to restrict table rentals.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Vendors can share a booth. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Conditional Partial or Full Refunds by conditions such as date and whether your space is resold. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

Driving Directions From the North: Hwy 167, take the hwy 410 exit towards Sumner/Yakima. Take the E. MAIN exit toward TRAFFIC AVE. (1st Exit). Turn right at light (E. Main Ave). Turn Right onto 27th Ave. (flashing yellow light) Elks Lodge straight ahead.
From River Road/Hwy 167: Take a left onto N. Meridian/Hwy 167N, Take Hwy 167 North. Stay in Right lane & Merge onto Hwy 410 E towards Sumner/Yakima. Take the 1st Exit-E. MAIN toward TRAFFIC AVE. Turn Right onto E. Main Ave. Go to 27th St. (flashing yellow light) & turn right. Elks Lodge straight ahead.
From Hwy 512 - take the Pioneer Exit & turn right onto Pioneer. Turn Left at the light at 15th St. Take a Right at the light at E. Main Ave. Take a Left at the flashing yellow light at 27th St. Elks Lodge straight ahead.
