Description
| This popular fmily event entering it's 5th year in the region and has proved to be an exciting element to this New York region. Placement is on grass at the Firemen Grounds facility. On site restrooms are available. We provide electric for lighting as this event extends into the evening hours. Enjoy the slow-cooked, fall-off-the -bone tasty bbq ribs prepared by the professional touring rib cooking teams. Many delicious festival foods are available. Visit the artists and crafters booths and the vendors. Sponsorship and Promotional space is available. The beer garden is hosted by the Frewsburg Fire Department. Children will have lots of fun in the The RIB Kids Fun ZONE with inflatable rides that will provide hours of fun for kids of all ages at one low price. Individual ride tickets are also available. Located near Jamestown, New York, this wevent will attract visitors from across the region. Lots of new activities being planned for 2010. FREE ADMISSION TO THE PUBLIC. Entertainment
| Entertainment including local and regional bands will be located on the stage. Family friendly atmosphere. Entertainment is focused on music appreciated by both adults and children. DJ entertainment during the day with local and regional bands evenings. |
Activities
| Activities for the children include bounces inflatable slides obstacle courses and more. All will enjoy viewing the Saturday car show. A chain-saw wood carver will be on site demonstrating his artistry. Enjoy an ice cold beer in the beer garden hosted by the Frewsburg Fire Department. Contests, raffles, demonstrations and informational booths will be on site.family fun. |

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. City law requires city issued vendor permit. (Permit Phone: only FOOD Vendors) Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Additional Lighting Recommended (bring lights and cords). No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
