10th Annual Seaport Craft Show - A quaint seashore town with a variety of speacialty crafters and vendors. Shoppers stroll in and out all day. Shop til you drop, you will be sure to find many unique crafts and collectibles. Vendors include hand painted furniture and many nautical items to go along with our seashore theme. AFter the show, be sure to visit one of our famous waterfront restaurants for some of the best seafood around. The park is located across from a coffee shop. The Sand Witch shop serves some of the best overstuffed sandwiches for both breakfast and lunch and will visit the park to take orders so you don't even have to leave your booth.
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
I am applying to participate as a vendor in the above-mentioned promoter’s show. I may not be accepted to this show. Acceptance into the show is at the discretion of the promoter. If accepted, I agree to set up by 9AM and open from 10AM-4PM and offer only the items listed above. I will keep my area clean. Tents are mandatory to participate and all vendors must supply their own TENT and TABLES. I understand that all decisions made by HBP Events committee are final. Failure to abide by the above rules could terminate my relationship with HBP and any other events. Absolutely no refunds will be made and there is a $25 fee for returned checks.Common Rules Selected:
Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Gas Generators. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules:
All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
Limited number of Artists per category.
Table cloths required.
No inventory boxes in view.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to leave.
From the North:
Garden State Parkway South to exit 117. Bear left and take Highway 36 East for approximately 12 miles (“Highlands Business District”). Turn right at the Linden Avenue jug- handle and proceed down Linden Avenue. At the first stop sign make a left onto Waterwitch Avenue. Proceed down Waterwitch Avenue and make your first left onto Shore Drive. Huddy Park will be on your right. There is a gazebo in the center of Huddy Park.
From the South:
Garden State Parkway North to exit 105 Eatontown. Take Highway 36 East (Past Monmouth Park Racetrack) to Ocean Avenue. Turn left onto Ocean Avenue and go straight (approx. 10 miles) onto the Highlands Bridge. Stay in your right lane and just over the bridge make your first right (Highlands Business District). Make a left onto Bay Avenue. Follow Bay Avenue straight until you come to Waterwitch Avenue. Turn left onto Waterwitch Avenue and Huddy Park will be on your right. There is a Gazebo in the center off Huddy Park.
From the West:
Take I-95 East to the Garden State Parkway North to exit 105. Take Highway 36 East (past Monmouth Park Racetrack) to Ocean Avenue. Turn left onto Ocean Avenue and go straight (approx. 10 miles) onto the Highlands Bridge. Stay in your right lane and just over the bridge make your first right (Highlands Business District). Make a left onto Bay Avenue. Follow Bay Avenue straight until you come to Waterwitch Avenue. Turn left onto Waterwitch Avenue and Huddy Park will be on your right. There is a Gazebo in the center off Huddy Park.
