Description
P.J.s' Promotions will be promoting this successful event. This show will be held in affluent sophisticated Ridgewood, N.J, in Bergen County on one of their main shopping street. We are looking for quality crafters and artists such as soft sculpture, hand decorated and made apparel, hand made wood crafts, candles, soaps, metalware, ceramics, pottery, florals,photography,watercolors, etc. No BUYS SELLS. 4 photos are required to be juried in. Thousands of people attend this event.

This is an art and craft show located in one of the most affluent communities in Northern Bergen County. Ridgewood. Many professional\'s live here. It is one of the largest quality events in the area. There is a large children\'s area and a food court with all day music. There is a rain date of Sunday, Sept 19.
This long running show is held in downtown affluent Ridgewood. We are looking for 140 quality artists and crafters for the show. The town of Ridgewood is like Soho. The residents are young professionals or established business people who are very involved in the town. Ridgewood is located next to Saddle River, Upper Saddle River and Hohokus and near Paramus. The customers start to walk the street before 12. Raindate is 9/19
This quality event is held in very affluent Ridgewood, N.J. in Northern Bergen County. There are 140 quality artists and crafters set up for the show in their downtown area. The show draws customers from all over and is held once a year. There are many young professional who make Ridgewood their home. Rain date is Sept. 19 Customers start to walk the show around 10, so unloading vehicles must be off the street by 10. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations
no generators at regular booths, only at food booths
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Send 1 SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with standard postage. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Gas Generators. Canopies must be weighted down, no stakes allowed in ground. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Send 1 SASE - Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with standard postage. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
