Description
This has always been a nice December show. Shoppers are out and looking for the perfect hand crafted gifts. The cafeteria, gym and hallway feature over 140 booths. Lots of advertising, The Band Boosters Club helps with promoting and featuring the show.
150 exhibitor booths fill the gym, cafeteria and atrium of Clarkston High School. Shoppers really look forward to this show and turn out to support the crafters and Band Boosters. |
Advertising Done for This Event
| Country Register newspaper editions for last 1/4 of year. In ground signs, radio, e-mail postcards, snail mail postcards, local and regional newspapers, thousands of flyers handed out at shows and businesses. Cable TV ads week before the show. Over the street banner. Radio. |
Event/Application Rules & Regulations

Common Rules Selected: Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds. Show Credits available by condition. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
