Description
Art & Craft Show promoted by the Keepsake Collection and Frankenmuth Historical Museum. This 3 day show is held during one of Michigans largest Auto Fests. Thousand of cars are registered all being older than 1978. Over 100,000 people will be in town for this big event. The show is located along the main street at the parking lot of Historical Museum. Room for only 45 exhibitors. Many exhibitors from 2009 have re-signed up for this successful, fun, show. It's a fun show to be at as you can wander this wonderful tourist town and also look at the thousands of old cars. Friday night main street shuts down and the cars come in. Check it out! The show is right next to the street parade route. Book hotels or camping now.
Zehnder Park is a great location right in the middle of Frankenmuth. This show is held on Oktoberfest weekend. Buses come into town all weekend long. Friday sees business seminars ending and the attendees come shopping. A fun show in a fun town! TV news stations have covered the activities. Juried show. 110 excellent exhibits.
Now in its ninth year the Octoberfest of Crafts is the one Michigan shoppers wait for and don't want to miss. This show is at the Ryder Center Arena and offers large exhibitor spaces and wide aisles to facilitate the crowd flow. With 150 booths there is a wide variety being sold. From wonderful oak furniture, woven scarfs, many food and treat booths, trendy clothing, hand woven baskets, great wood decor, jewelry, etc. Wood really sells here! 2 raquetbaall courts are used for exhibitor extra storage. When categories hit the limit, they are closed. Billboard advertising and cable TV ads are used to attract shoppers. Mid-Michigans Biggest and Best! You'll like what you see.

Common Rules Selected: Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. Held Rain or Shine! No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Floor Length Table Cloth Required. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
