Description
2010 will mark the 27th year for our show and is a juried handcrafted fine art and fine craft show. The event is held at the Loveland High School in Loveland, Ohio near Kings Island amusement park and about 20 miles north of Cincinnati.

We have approximately 165 Booths; offer table rental and electricity (limited). We advertise our show in the Community Press in multiple communities, Cincinnati Enquirer, yard signs, local businesses, online community calendars and much more. Admission for shoppers is FREE.

We look for quality artisans with a lot of variety in our show. We work on a ratio system. We supply chairs in your booth, continental breakfast, assistance in and out of the craft show, delivery of food and booth sitters for small breaks. The show has been designed to give the crafter what they want at a show.

The Loveland Athletic Boosters sponsor the show and proceeds go to help the athletic/academic team programs/scholarships.


Advertising Done for This Event
2 week Ads in Cincinnati Enquirer and surrounding Community Press Newspapers; Street Banner, Yard signs, flyers at community craft stores, Posters in windows of Loveland Businesses, flyers on pizzas delivered from area pizza shops, large banners throughout community, signs at major events (athletic events at the school and at community events).

ABOUT OUR EXPO:
The event is held at Loveland High School in Loveland, Ohio near Kings Island amusement park and about 20 miles north of Cincinnati.   We have approximately 165 Booths; offer table rental and electricity (limited). We advertise our show in the Community Press for multiple areas, Cincinnati Enquirer, yard signs, local businesses, online community calendars and much more.  We supply chairs in your booth, continental breakfast, assistance in and out of the craft show, booth delivery of food and booth sitters for small breaks. Our show is designed to give the artist/crafter what they want at a show.

ART/CRAFT MEDIUM:
This is a juried show and we look for quality artisans. Previous participation does not guarantee acceptance or the same booth. All products that you are selling must be handcrafted by you. You must only bring the work that you supplied on your application.

BOOTH INFO:
All booth sizes are 10x10. Booths are setup in the Front & Rear Gymnasium, Cafeteria and Main Hall. Wall spaces and spaces with electricity are very limited. If using electric, you will need to bring your own electrical cords and duct tape.

All set-ups, chairs and items must be located inside your booth space.  All exhibitors are expected to present their art/craft in an attractive manner with covered tables and inviting displays. Due to liabilities exhibitors are not allowed to bring pets.

RAFFLE:
We hold a raffle for artists/crafters to showcase their work.  A raffle tag will be included with your confirmation packet that will detail your booth location and company information so that shoppers can find you.  Participation in the raffle is optional, but very much appreciated.

SET-UP:
Set-up will be on the morning of the show starting around 7am. The show ends at 4pm, please do not start packing up until then.

APPLICATION:
Past exhibitors will be allowed to request the same booth space from the previous year until July 1, 2010. While we attempt to honor location requests, no guarantees can be made; previous participation does not guarantee the same booth.  If applying for electric, a separate $5 check must be included with the application.  If we cannot provide electric, your $5 check will be returned with your confirmation letter.  Returning Exhibitors need to resubmit photos as it is necessary for the jury process.  After July 1, 2010 there will be NO refunds of booth fees for cancellations. If your application is denied your booth fee will be returned to you.

ACCEPTANCE / CONFIMATION:
Acceptance letters will be sent via email or mail once your application is processed. Confirmation packets will be sent one month prior to the date of the show.

Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. Jury materials, slides or photos, will not be returned to you. Vendors can share a booth. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. Food Service will take orders from and deliver to vendor booths. Event Helping Hands will come around/be available to relieve you for short periods. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area. All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.

Event Quality Level Determining Flags:
A single-person or more panel lightly screens slides or photos.
All items must be entirely hand-made, no Embellishments only.
All items must be entirely hand-made by the artist alone.
Limited number of Artists per category.
Artist must be present day of show.
Table cloths required.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
