Description
Spring has Sprung! Hop down to The Fabulous Fox Island March Indoor Market! Browse from over 15 crafters and artisans for goodies galore. Free admission, free parking and win fabulous Free Door Prizes! Refreshments will be available for purchase. We have a large playground for the kiddies, too! Easter Egg Hunt begins at 10:00am sharp, with an appearance by the Easter Bunny!

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
We will provide you with one table that measures 3 feet by 6 feet. We also have metal folding chairs at no extra cost if you need them. The tables will be set up in one of the classrooms and in the auditorium of the Nichols Community Center. All spaces are inside of a heated building.
The spaces are first-come, first served. You must supply your own change. We do have electrical outlets if you need electricity. Please bring your own extension cord. All vendors are asked to donate an item for our Free Door Prize drawings that are held throughout the day.
You may choose and/or set up your table on Saturday, April 3, 2010 between 7:30am - 9:30am. FICRA is not responsible for any theft or damage of any materials, merchandise or equipment left on site. Your space must be completely dismantled no later than 5:00pm on the day of the event. Please clean up and take with you any trash that you generate during this event. We have no garbage service at the Nichols Community Center.
The Indoor Market is part of FICRA's fund raising activities to raise money for the continued maintenance and operation of the Nichols Community Center. Therefore, the cost to participate in the Market is $15.00 per table. This $15.00 vendor fee must be received no later than March 27, 2010 to insure your reservation. No shows and cancellations will not be refunded. Please make your check or money order payable to “FICRA”. Your cancelled check is your receipt.
The Indoor Market will be held the first Saturday of each month.
No animals are allowed inside the building. Do NOT bring your pet.
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. A percentage of vendors are cycled out each year to maintain freshness. Vendors can share a booth. Vendors do not have to signup for all event dates. Spots are selected by vendors day of show - first come, first pick. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Raffle / Door Prize Donation Required. Table Cloth or Drape Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicles can not be brought near stand for un/loading. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |

All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.

Driving Directions From the Tacoma Narrows Bridge the total distance is 14.0 miles.
The estimated total driving time from the bridge is 33 minutes.
From Tacoma, cross the Tacoma Narrows Bridge.
Continue on State Route 16, going west.
Take the third exit off the right side of highway.
Turn left. Go over highway overpass.
Follow the road signs that direct you to Fox Island.
You will pass the Gig Harbor Grange on your right.
You will pass Artondale Elementary School on your right.
Turn left onto 70th Avenue NW.
Turn right onto 32nd Street NW.
Road name changes to Warren Drive NW.
Keep left and cross the Fox Island Bridge
Follow Island Boulevard to 9th Avenue.
Turn left onto 9th Avenue.
Go down a steep hill. You will come to a stop sign.
Nichols Community Center will be on the left. It is a large, one story gray building with white trim. You will see a playground in back of the building.
