Congregation Shaarey Tefilla Spring Craft Boutique!
April 19th 2009 10am-3pm
We are at it again!
Congregation Shaarey Tefilla Sisterhood would love to have you at our Spring Craft Boutique!
Each year our crafts events gain more customers and wonderful vendors. This year will be no exception.
We will have print advertisement in the Carmel and Zionsville papers as well as Nuvo weekly magazine. We will place calendar event listings in several local internet and community calendars. We also will be placing information in homeowner’s association newsletters in the local Carmel and Zionsville areas.
We have 35 8X8 vendor booths available on our main social hall only.
The booth fee is $35.00.
This year we will be offering a personal web page (created and maintained by us) available for each vendor for $5.00. Our web page will be up and running by the end of next week. We will continue to offer a free link to each vendor’s web page or e-mail.
The sisterhood will provide a full concession for lunch with hot dogs and other items for sale.
We will provide coffee and bagel in the morning,
We will have a vendor committee to review applications to ensure high quality vendors.
We will also have entertainment provide by local area groups throughout the day.
Applications from previous vendors arriving before February 19th will be reviewed prior to accepting new vendors. Applications sent will be prioritized by the date they are received. Once applications are accepted vendors will receive an information packet with event details including set up times. Vendors please send in 3 photos,two photo of products and one of booth set up.

Our Entertainment will be great!
We have the University High school on board with their spring musical A Funny Thing Happen On the Way To The Forum , Master Mike’s Tae Kwon Doe class will do demonstrations, Classical and Celtic Violin by Emily Ann Thompson And we will have more to come!

Event/Application Rules & Regulations
Only kosher food with permission and approval by promoter
Common Rules Selected: Previous acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. A percentage of vendors are cycled out each year to maintain freshness. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with enough postage for the jury materials you are sending to be returned to you. Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds or Show Credits. Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. ALL product categories must be itemized on the application. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! No pop guns, marshmellow guns or other disruptive items may be sold. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Gas Generators. No Early Packup Allowed. Table Cloth or Drape Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas. Standard Rules: All work and displays must stay within designated space.
No boxes, extra merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards.
No soliciting, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising material outside of booth area.
All vendors must have a state sales tax license. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax. |
